Population structure and abundance. Single male of an uncertain genus.

Ecology and distribution. The majority of representatives of this family are terrestrial but some also occur in aquatic environments ( Andrássy 2005).

Remarks. Analysis of females is necessary to diagnose the majority of genera of this family ( Andrássy 2005). Previously, only the genus Panagrolaimus (three species) has been reported in Vietnam ( Nguyen 2007).
