Diagnosis. Ressia tonkinella can be distinguished by the forewing with four distal speckles and the male pleural lobes with two ventroapical processes; in the male genitalia by the stalk of the valva geniculate medially ( Sinev 1988, p. 115, fig. 13).
Distribution. Vietnam ( Tonkin).
