Range: — Venezuela; Peru; Bolivia (CO, LP, SC); to be expected in Colombia and Ecuador.

Ecology: —Locally common; terrestrial and on rocks in humid forests; 2000–3000 m.

Notes: —A single specimen, from Bolivia, was included in the analysis by McHenry & Barrington (2014).
