Rasahus surinamensis Coscarón, 1983 View in CoL

R. surinamensis View in CoL has been recorded from Mexico, Panama, Surinam, Brazil, and Paraguay ( Coscarón 1983; Barrera et al. 2001). The closest species is R. albomaculatus (Mayr) View in CoL , but the two differ in coloration pattern and in the shape of the scutellar process ( Coscarón 1983). It is here recorded from Colombia for the first time.
