Diagnosis. Body shape and color pattern similar to those of Bagrada , but the Whole black tibia significantly different ( Fig. 6). Male genitalia also different; lateral sides of the pygophore apeX Wide ear-shaped ( Figs. 7 View FIGURE 7 A and B), paramere With a Wide base, tapered, apeX blunted ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C), vesica shorter than median plates, and median plates concave ( Figs. 7 View FIGURE 7 D and E).
Description. Body oblong and short, shining and sparse punctured, With black strips.
Head. Triangular and black, declined, thickly and roughly punctate. VerteX slightly conveX, sparse punctured. Mandibular plates slightly longer than clypeus and convergent anteriorly. Lateral mandibular plates With a smooth and narroW edge. Ocelli red, situated distinctly posteriad to the level of posterior margin of eyes, relatively far from eyes; eyes broWn. Head beneath black. Antenna black, segment V longest. Rostrum black, apeX surpassing the posterior margins of mesocoXae.
Thorax. Pronotum coarsely and unevenly punctate, tWo large black spots arranged equidistantly, occupied the most area. Anterior margin concave, With inconspicuous collar. Anterolateral margin smooth, Without ridge edge.
Lateral angle rounded, Weakly produced, seldom surpassing the base of Wing. Scutellum bell-shaped, black eXcept the apical half With a V-shaped red stripe; apeX of scutellum bluntly rounded. Hemelytron: corium black, eXcept the bases of outer margins narroWly reddish With same color punctures; apical angle not sharp; membranes ochraceous With each apeX surpassing beyond the abdomen. Legs black, apical half of tibia and tarsus With golden long hair.
Abdomen. Oval, black, eXcept conneXiva. Sternum VII reddish With concolorous punctures. Stigmata also black.
Male genitalia. Pygophore black, strongly sclerotized With a pair of posterolateral ear-shaped angles, situated much higher than notch in ventroposterior rim, apeX slightly crooked; dorsoposterior rim sinuated, With a pair subtriangular parandria; ventroposterior rim sinuated ( Figs. 8 View FIGURE 8 A and B). Paramere shaped duck-head, apeX narroW and blunt, base Wide and broad ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 C). Aedeagus simple With one pair of basolateral conjunctival lobes, apices not bifurcate and a little sclerotized; apical conjunctival lobe developed, apeX sclerotized and slightly bifurcate. Vesica stretched out from the venter of median penial plates, shorter than median plates ( Figs. 8 View FIGURE 8 D and E).
