Description

Length

Length of female, 19.1 mm.

Morphology

Head and thorax much as in Z. emmrichi sp. nov. Head with apex of crown slightly convex. Forewings without distinct membranous area.

Female genitalia with abdominal sternite VII ( Figure 2E View Figure 2 ) with lateral margins slightly divergent posteriorly, lateroposterior margins rounded, and posterior margin slightly concave, bearing conspicuous triangular projection medially; surface slightly striated and with scattered small setae. Internal sternite VIII, in dorsal view, without distinct sclerotized areas. Pygofer ( Figure 2F View Figure 2 ), in lateral view, short, only slightly produced posteriorly, subtriangular; dorsoposterior portion with large subrectangular lobe, directed upward, to which the anal tube is articulated ( Figure 2F View Figure 2 , RPL); surface with scattered setae, mostly concentrated along posterior and ventral margins. First ovipositor valvulae, in lateral view, with linear processes on dorsal and ventral sculptured areas. Second valvulae ( Figure 2G View Figure 2 ), in lateral view, distinctly broadened beyond basal curvature and then narrowing gradually toward subacute apex; preapical prominence indistinct; dorsal (basal) hyaline area distinct ( Figure 2G View Figure 2 , BHA); dorsal margin of shaft with subtriangular (on ascending portion) and subrectangular (on descending portion) teeth; minute denticles present on teeth, especially on those of distal half of shaft.
