Odocnemis zoltani species-group

Description. Body usually not large (length up to 12 mm), dull or weakly shining. Temples with groove in anterior part. Hypomera with distinct longitudinal wrinkles and without punctation. Elytra with small sparse tubercles, sometimes with small granules. Epipleura not flattened on elytral apex, their inner narrow carina not reaching sutural angle of elytra. Epipleura transformed into thickened edge, rarely in a small mucron on elytral apex. Wings absent. Abdominal ventrites. Male abdominal ventrites 1 and 2 without hair brush. Male and sometimes female anal ventrite with small depression. Legs. Male pro-, meso- and sometimes metatibiae with clearly visible teeth. Inner side of profemora smooth and shining, without punctation and setaetion. Each trochanter with one long setae. Male genitalia. Apical piece not thickened, without longitudinal depression on dorsal side, straight (lateral view). Basal piece 2–2.2 × as long as apical piece. Median lobe baculi not merged, usually widened (not acute) on apex. Gastral spicula with weakly bent branches and large lobes. Apices of male inner sternite VIII large, strongly thickened and sclerotized, ear-shaped, widely impressed in middle, with fine dense punctation and extremely short erect setae. Female genital tubes. Basal duct of spermatheca absent, spermatheca without small processes, accessory gland moderately long, near 2 × times as long as spermatheca.

Distribution. Southern Turkey: Taurus Mountains.

Composition. O. zoltani , O. torosica torosica sp. n., O. torosica subangulata subsp.n., O. evestigata sp. n., O. terminasianae (Nabozhenko, 2011) .
