Material examined, uncertain female-based records:

France: Corsica, F 39 Int (0/4/0); Germany: D 324 (0/2/0). Italy: Sardinia, I 389 Int (0/2/0); Sicily, I 511 Int (0/ 1/0); I 1138 Int (0/1/0); Spain: Aragon, E 131a Int (0/1/0), E 134 (0/1/0). Romania (?), uncertain collecting sites, material in coll. Schwoerbel ( SMF): " RU 0" (0/1/0), " RU 14" (0/3/0).

Remarks. In view of the relatively low number of specimens, an attempt to attribute diagnostic characters to females of the two similar species did not produce unequivocal results. In comparison with females collected together with male K. pectinigera , females associated with K. pectinata males did not show differences in idiosoma size and shape, but a relatively longer P-2 (L ratio P-2/P-3, 2.2, in K. cf. pectinigera 2.0–2.1); and a more slender P- 4 (L/H ratio 6.0–6.3, in K. cf. pectinigera 5.4–5.8).
