COMMENTS: Mathews cited his catalog number of the holotype in the original description and gave the range of ramsayi as ‘‘ North Queensland (Cairns).’’ The holotype bears the original label, Mathews and Rothschild type labels, and a ‘‘ Figured’ ’ label, indicating that it was the model for Mathews (1924: pl. 521, upper fig., opp. p. 366, text p. 366) where it is confirmed as the type of ramsayi.
