Description. (Measurements in μm, average values in parenthesis) (N=10, seven males and three females). Length of males 434–503 (466), width 345–434 (363); length of females 444–493 (477), width 365 (365). Color brown, slightly lighter in medial prodorsal lenticular region.
Diagnosis. Bothridial seta setiform unilaterally barbed, body ornamentation slightly punctuated, three striate bands visible in posterior region of notogaster, all prodorsal setae present, interlamellar seta longer than other prodorsal setae; all porose areas present, A1 and A2 near each other and sometimes slightly fused, notogaster with ten pairs of setae reduced to alveoli.
Prodorsum ( Figs.1, 3, 4 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Surface smooth, lenticular region present, covering almost the entire surface of rostrum, with a yellowish lighter color than the rest of body, lamellar lines L and S present, arched and parallel, dorsosejugal porose area Ad (L=8, W=32) ellipsoidal, near bothridium; prodorsal setae ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5–10 ) setiform and barbed. Interlamellar seta in (120) setiform and barbed, longer than other prodorsal setae, (except bothridial seta), lamellar seta le (72) intermediate sized and barbed, rostral seta ro (58) small and barbed; bothridial seta bs (172) setiform and unilaterally barbed. Chelicera (L=160, W=59) ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5–10 ) of normal shape, ornamented with punctuations in anterior region, seta cha (40) longer than chb (24), both barbed.
Notogaster ( Figs.1, 4 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Cerotegument dotted, with homogeneous ornamentation, three striate bands (s) present in posterior region, two of them near porose area A3, the other semicircular between them, better seen in caudal view ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 5–10 ); ten pairs of notogastral setae reduced to alveoli, four pairs of notogastric porose areas present ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 5–10 ), porose area Aa wider than long (L=18; W=56), oval; extra alveoli (lx) below Aa, anterolateral seta (la) near hinge of pteromorph, lateromedial seta (lm) located next to sagittal line, porose area A1 (L=16; W=25) and A2 (L=19; W=15) with irregular shape and diffuse border, resulting in seemingly fused porose areas; lyrifissure im above h 3. Seta h 2 posterior to A2, lyrifissures ih and ips lateral and above p 3, opisthonotal gland (gla) well developed, slightly protuberant near notogastral border, porose area A3 (L=15; W=28) posterior, surrounded by h 1, p 1 and p 2, lyrifissure ip above p 2, in some specimens ip located below and between p 1 and p 2.
Pteromorph bilobed ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 5–10 ) (L=294, W= 180 in proximal, 162 in middle and 200 in distal region) with irregular ornamentation forming thin and thick lines, central notch present, lyrifissure ia and alveolus c in habitual position.
Ventral plate ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1–4 ). Cerotegument punctuated on whole plate. Subcapitulum ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 5–10 ) (L=94; W=113) same ornamentation, seta h short (17); epimeral setation (1-0-2-1), setae 1a, 3a, 3b and 4a (8) present, one pair of aggenital setae (8) and three pairs of adanal setae (8) present, all short; lyrifissure iad above anal plate and below ad 3, without porose area postanalis ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 5–10 ); genital plate with six setae inserted in 2–4 formula, with g 1 and g 2 (11) longer than g 3 –g 6 (6); anal plate with two pairs of small setae (8).
Legs ( Figs. 11–14 View FIGURES 11–12 View FIGURES 13–14 ). All legs heterotridactylous, with basal granulation in femora. Leg setation and solenidia from leg I–IV (solenidium in parenthesis). Femora 4-4-2-2; genua 3(1)-3(1)-1(1)-2; tibiae 4(2)-4(1)-3(1)-3(1); tarsi 20(2)-15(2)-15-12.
Leg I ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11–12 ). Femur L= 118 µm, genu L= 49 µm, tibia L= 69 µm, tarsus L= 108 µm. Solenidium σ (124) in- serted dorsally and pre-apically, φ1 (150) and φ2 (66) dorsal near apex, ω 1 (50) anterior to ft´´, ω 2 (78) posterior. Famulus (ε) short with blunt apex, situated between ω 1 and ft´´.
Leg II ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 11–12 ). Femur L= 98µm, genu L= 39 µm, tibia L= 49 µm, tarsus L= 69 µm. Solenidium σ (90) apical, φ (73) pre-apical, ω 1 (20) anterior to ft´´, ω 2 (28) posterior, dorsally inserted.
