Description. MALE. Length 4.0 mm. Body dark castaneous; wings subhyaline. Clypeus with median lobe subtrapezoidal, apical margin thick medially in frontal view, medially with subtrapezoidal polished area; median carina complete, low and straight in profile. Frons strongly coriaceous, punctures little distinguishable from texture surface. Frons with anterior median callus. Vertex almost straight. Notaulus present on anterior half of mesoscutum. Propodeal disc rugose. Hypopygium ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 10 – 22 ) with posterior margin with deep and narrow median emargination. Genitalia ( Figs 26–28 View FIGURES 23 – 28 ). Basal parameral expansion rectangular. Aedeagal ventral ramus long, reaching base of paramere, apex laminar, surface vertical, progressively narrowing apicad, apex spine-shaped. Aedeagal dorsal body with three pairs of apical lobes, outer pair laminar, surface vertical, dilated subapically, apex sharpened and ventrad in lateral view; ventral pair laminar, surface vertical, apex sharpened in lateral view; inner pair stout, membranous, hairy.
