This family contains 15 species in eight genera. Six species were found on Passalidae , but only one species, Schizogynium intermedium Trägårdh, 1950 , has been found on Erionomus platypleura Arrow, 1906 and the remaining species were collected on undetermined Passalidae ( Corpuz-Raros 2001; Hunter and Costa 1970; Hunter and Rosario 1887; Karg 1997; Trägårdh 1950b; Zhang et al. 2017a). On Leptaulax sp. , only Paraschizogynium plumachela Zhang, Guo and Jin, 2017 was found ( Tables 2–9 View Table 2 View Table 3 ).
