Laelapidae View in CoL is a large family with 1088 species and 73 genera. Eleven species of laelapids were collected from Passalidae View in CoL . Of these, three species were found on three species of passalids and eight species were collected from undetermined Passalidae View in CoL ( Pearse and Wharton 1936; Hunter and Mollin 1964; Hyatt 1964; Hunter and Yeh 1966; Delfinado and Baker 1975; Karg 1988, 1995; Villegas-Guzmán et al. 2008; Barrios-Torres and Villegas-Guzmán 2015; Gwiazdowicz and Nemati 2018; Moraes et al. 2022; Oh et al. 2023). Most species were collected from O. disjunctus View in CoL (3) ( Tables 2–8 View Table 2 View Table 3 ). Species from this family occur on Passalidae View in CoL intermittently.
