Species from this family were often collected from Coleoptera, Hymenoptera and Diptera ( Hunter and Rosario 1988) . About 100 species were collected from Coleoptera ( Hunter 1993a) . However, on the Passalidae they are found exceptionally. Dendrolaelaps passalorum ( Pearse and Wharton, 1936) was found on Odontotaenius disjunctus and Popilius sp. ( Delfinado and Baker 1975; Hunter 1993a); and Dendrolaelaps sp. and Digamasellus sp. were found on O. zodiacus and O. striatopunctatus ( Barrios-Torres and Villegas-Guzmán 2015) ( Tables 2 View Table 2 , 4 and 8).
