General distribution. Europe: Greece ( Dodecanese); West Asia: Cyprus, Turkey (Zapparoli 1999; Simaiakis et al. 2005).
Chorotype. East Mediterranean.
Habitats. Pinus forests, formations with Pinus , Quercus and Olea , ravines with Platanus and Pinus , cultivations with vineyard, mixed forests with Pinus and Quercus , ravines with shrubs and Pinus , mixed forests with Pines, Quercus and Acer .
Altitudinal range: 195–1150 m.
