Loxa flavicollis ( Drury, 1773)

Distribution: United States: AL, FL, LA ( Brou 2010), TX. ( Mexico, West Indies)

Comments: Froeschner (1988) also included an old record reported by Uhler (1876) from New Mexico. According to the distribution given by Eger (1978) in his revision of the genus, this must be considered an error unless further material is found.
