Distribution: Canada: AB, BC, MB ( Criddle 1921, Walley 1929, Scudder 1997, Maw et al. 2000), NT, SK ( Walley 1929, Maw et al. 2000), YK ( Scudder 1997, Maw et al. 2000). United States: AK ( Scudder & Sikes 2014), AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, ND, NE ( Zimmer 1912), NM, OR, SD ( Harris 1937), UT, WA, WY. (eastern Asia)

Comments: Many early North American records for this species were under the combination Carpocoris remotus ; several others, including Froeschner (1988), are listed under the combination Codophila (Antheminia) remota . Kerzhner (1993) established the current combination and subspecific status.
