Diagnosis. Body color yellowish, greenish or brownish. Body small, slender; head usually as wide as pronotum, sometimes narrower or slightly wider; crown very short, anterior margin weakly angulate, usually parallel to hind margin; rostrum with apical segment short. Forewings elongate, with two subapical cells. Hindwings with three apical cells. Hind tibia pecten with two transverse rows of setae; first tarsomere pecten with inner acute seta much longer than adjacent platellae. Style with apical process usually strongly arched; lateral lobe well-developed, rarely reduced; basal arms short. Aedeagal shaft usually simple, tubular, recurved anterodorsally, base sometimes expanded in lateral view; rarely with process, if present basal. Macrosetae of pygofer and subgenital plate plumose.
