Trisetipsylla eastopi ( Mathur, 1975) View in CoL , comb. nov.
Distribution. India: Uttarakhand ( Mathur 1950, as Psylla cedrelae ; Mathur 1975, as Psylla eastopi ).
Host plant. Toona ciliata (Meliaceae) .
Comments. Based on the subgenital plate bearing a small process on the dorsal margin on either side, Psylla eastopi Mathur, 1975 is congeneric with Trisetipsylla bengalensis ( Mathur, 1975) from India and T. sinica Yang & Li, 1984 , the type species of Trisetipsylla , from China. We propose the following new combination: Trisetipsylla eastopi ( Mathur, 1975) , comb. nov. from Psylla .
