Distributed in Central Kazakhstan and Mongolia (Golub, 1977). First record for China.

Material examined. 1 3, Borohoro Range, Dishuigou, 50 km S of Wusu, 1840–2140 m (44°07'N; 84°39'N), 5–6.VII.2011 (N. Vinokurov). The single specimen was collected on mountain herb-bunchgrass steppe at the altitude of about 2100 м.
