Diagnosis. Body black, without metallic reflections; clypeal margin not incised (cf. Figs 1–2); F3–F5 large, with sensilla (cf. Fig. 3); mesosoma flattened, scutellum and propodeum virtually in same plane (cf. Fig. 11); hind tibia without pecten (Fig. 12); forewing without clear bare area between R and apical margin, basal cell with some hairs near basal vein (cf. Fig. 21); ovipositor sheaths only slightly exerted; hypopygium near tip of gaster (cf. Fig. 31). Male with eyes normal and scape enlarged (cf. Fig. 7); funicle segments not transverse, or with at most first three segments slightly transverse.
