Distribution: India (Bihar); Bali; Brunei; Indonesia (Java); Malaysia; Sarawak; Singapore; Taiwan; Thailand; Vietnam ( Diakonoff 1982; Razowski 1990; Robinson et al. 1994; Nedoshivina 2013).
Hosts: Recorded hosts include Mangifera indica (Anacardiaceae) , Litchi chinensis , Nephelium lappaceum , Schleichera oleosa (Sapindaceae) ( Diakonoff 1939b, 1941, 1982; Yunus & Ho 1980; Kuroko & Lewvanich 1993; Robinson et al. 1994).
