Records from Turkey: Bitlis and Hakkari Provinces ( Özkan 1980); Kayseri Province ( Özkan et al. 1996); Elazıġ Province (Erman & Özkan 2000; Erman et al. 2006b); Afyon Province (Özkan et al. 2003; Boyacı & Özkan 2003, 2004c; Aşçı et al. 2006 – 2007).

Habitat: Lakes, ponds.

Distribution: Holarctic.
