sexanodosa . Pirenella . Moisescu, 1992a see Granulolabium plicatum (Bruguière, 1792)
* Pirenella sexanodosa n. sp. — Moisescu 1992a: 16, pl. 1, figs 35–36, 38–40, text-fig. 6.
Type material. Holotype. P-18342, Institutul de Geologie şi Geofizică/Institutul Geologic al României, Bucarest ( Romania), illustrated in Moisescu (1992a: pl. 1, fig. 35).
Type locality. Valea Cetea ( Romania) .
Stratigraphy. Early Miocene, Eggenburgian.
Discussion. The specimens represent morphotypes of Granulolabium plicatum with densely spaced, spirally elongated beads with intercalation of a delicate sixth spiral cord. There is no reason to separate these shells from typical specimens of Granulolabium plicatum from the same locality.
Central Paratethys. Eggenburgian (Early Miocene): Borod Basin: Valea Cetea ( Romania) ( Moisescu 1992a).
