* Cerithium nymphoides n. sp. — Kolesnikov 1935: 227, pl. 28, figs 25–27.
Type material. Lectotype designated herein: Nr 317/11126 (2871/331), SL: 14.0 mm, MD: 5.5 mm, illustrated in Kolesnikov (1935: pl. 28, fig. 25). TSNIGR Museum Saint-Petersburg (see also Romanovskaya et al. 1979).
Type locality. Răzeni ( Moldova) .
Stratigraphy. Middle Miocene, Sarmatian (Volhynian).
Discussion. Represents a morphotype of Theodisca biseriata ( Friedberg, 1914) with reduced sculpture.
Eastern Paratethys. Sarmatian, Volhynian (Middle Miocene): Moldavian Platform: Răzeni ( Moldova) ( Kolesnikov 1935).
