* Cerithium (Thericium) maeoticum sp. n. — Badzoshvili 1967: 442, figs 5–10.

Discussion. Cerithium maeoticum is a homonym of Cerithium maeoticum Karlov (1932) and Ossaulenko (1936). As we consider Cerithium maeoticum Badzoshvili, 1967 as a subjective junior synonym of Lampanella maeotica ( Karlov, 1932) , no replacement is needed.
Eastern Paratethys. Early Maeotian (Late Miocene): Crimea: Cape Krasnyi Kut; Transcaucasia: Gedzhiri River (Abkhazia) ( Badzoshvili 1979).
