* Terebralia andrzejowskii mehadiensis n. ssp. —Hinculov in Iliescu et al. 1968: 129, pl. 31, figs 1a–d.

Type material. Lectotype designated herein: specimen illustrated in Hinculov in Iliescu et al. 1968: 129, pl. 31, figs 1a–d. We are not aware of the whereabouts of the type specimens.

Type locality. Valea Satului ( Romania) .

Stratigraphy. Middle Miocene, Badenian.

Discussion. Based on specimens of Terebralia lignitarum with delicate sculpture and weak varices.

Central Paratethys. Badenian (Middle Miocene): Moldavian Platform (Mehadia Basin): Valea Satului ( Romania) (Hinculov in Iliescu et al. 1968).
