Type material. We are not aware of the whereabouts of the type specimens.

Type locality. Chişinău ( Moldova) .

Stratigraphy. Late Miocene, Sarmatian (Bessarabian).

Discussion. The illustrated specimen is fully in the range of Theodisca biseriata ( Friedberg, 1914) and there is no reason to separate it.

Eastern Paratethys. Sarmatian, Bessarabian (Late Miocene): Moldavian Platform: Calfa, Chişinău, Doibani, Oxentea ( Moldova) ( Simionescu & Barbu 1940; Plǎmǎdealǎ 1970).
