Type material. We are not aware of the whereabouts of the type specimens.

Type locality. Feldbach ( Austria) .

Stratigraphy. Middle Miocene, Sarmatian (Volhynian).

Discussion. Established by Stiny (1925) for a morph of Tiaracerithium pictum with a single spiral row of beads.

Central Paratethys. Sarmatian, Volhynian (Middle Miocene): Styrian Basin: Ģtlergraben bei Feldbach (Styria) ( Stiny 1925).
