Psilopleura meridionalis Zerny, 1931b: 11 (Taf. 1, fig. 15). Holotype male [by monotypy]: PARAGUAY, San Bernardino (Fiebrig); with two labels: printed label ”Fiebrig, Paraguay, S. Bernardino” and handwritten label “ Psilopleura meridionalis Zerny ♂ type ”.
Current combination. Psilopleura meridionalis Zerny, 1931 .
Condition of the type. Wings rubbed.
Remarks. This species is remarkably similar to the type species of Psilopleura Druce, 1898 , P. polia Druce, 1898 .
