Material examined. URUGUAY: Durazno: La Paloma, Gruta de La Llorona 32°43’47.5”S, 55°34’34”W, 20.x.2022, collected manually in a ravine forest, D. Hagopián & A. Laborda leg., 1F (FCE-Ar 14218); GoogleMaps same locality, 27.x.2022, collected manually in a ravine forest, D. Hagopián leg., 3FF (FCE-Ar 14219) GoogleMaps .

Distribution. Known only for Uruguay (Durazno and Lavalleja departments) (Fig. 4A).

Natural history. P. pennatus specimens were collected manually during the day in a ravine forest; females spin their web on vertical humid rock walls under the shadow of the dense canopy of the trees ( Fig. 3C View FIGURE 3 ). It shares the same habitat with another linyphiid spider, Gigapassus octarine Miller, 2007 , that spins similar webs closely.
