Material examined. The following lots were examined. NHMLAC: LACM 1962 About LACM - 22.33 About LACM , Cholla Bay , Port Penasco, Sonora, Mexico, intertidal, 1 sh .
Diagnosis. Teleoconch subcylindrical, with increase in diameter from posterior end to aperture. Surface semitranslucent white, sculptured with sinuous, longitudinal striae, crossed by canted axial lines. Septum mucronate, inflated. Aperture somewhat oblique, with slight swelling. Periostracum thin, semi-translucent tan.
Distribution and Habitat. Currently only represented by one specimen from Cholla Bay, Sonora, Mexico.
Remarks. Caecum sp. B is quite interesting and unique with its canted axial sculpture.
