Type (lectotype designated by Ferrer-Gallego et al. 2013: 1048):—[cultivated material]. “Florentiae ut Monspellii horti” Herb. Burser, XXIV: 54 ( UPS; Fig. 4 ).

Note:—According to Arts. 23.5 and 60.10 of the ICN the spelling of the specific epithet originally published as “ Salvifolia ” is to be corrected in “ salviifolius ”.
