Gryllotalpa hexadactyla Perty, 1832: 119 ; Gundlach, 1891: 366; Rehn, 1909: 217. Neocurtilla hexadactyla: Zayas, 1976: 89 , figs. 81 A, 82; Marrero et al., 2009: 47 –50; Frank and McCoy, 2014: 3. Lectotype, from Minas Gerais, Southeast, Brazil. [ ZSM].

Distribution. Antigua, Barbados, Brazil, Cuba, Dominica, Florida, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago and Mexico.
