Diagnosis. Blepharipum annulatum can be recognized from its congeners by the following combination of characters: abdominal tergites blackish or brownish on anterior margin, yellow pollinose on posterior margin, basal 2/3 of mid and hind femora shinning black, apex yellow, epandrium elongated and without a distinct dorsal angle.
No material was encountered on Sint Eustatius, but it was recorded from the island by Papavero & Bernardi (1973).
Distribution. Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Belize, Cuba, Panama, Trinidad, St. Eustatius, Aruba, Bonaire, Colombia and Venezuela ( Papavero 2009).
