Description of male holotype. Head. Broader than mesosoma, shiny, punctate and covered with setae; vertex with some areolae near occipital carina behind ocellar triangle and on temple; frontal line complete; face without longitudinal keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL: 6; OL: 3.5; OOL: 5.5; OPL: 2.5; TL: 3.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli as long as OPL; antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 10.0: 5.0: 8.0: 9.0: 8.0: 8.0: 8.0: 8.0: 7.5: 10.0.

Mesosoma. Pronotum shiny and rugose; Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5× length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum respectively 0.5× and 0.25× as long as scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface 0.5× as long as posterior surface in lateral view, reticulate rugose, and covered with short setae; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area smooth and shiny.

Wing. Wings fully developed. Fore wing hyaline, weakly yellowish, without dark transverse bands, covered with brown setae; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3: 10).

Metasoma. Shiny and smooth; paramere about as long as penis, without distal inner pointed process, with inner fold provided of mosaic drawing; proximal membranous process of paramere short and with numerous hairs on inner margin.

Color. Head black, except distal third of mandible yellow and reddish teeth; antenna brown; mesosoma black; legs yellowish-brown, except procoxa and basal part of metacoxa brown; metasoma brown.

Measurements. Head length 0.5 mm, width 0.8 mm; mesosoma length 1.2 mm, maximum width 0.8 mm; metasoma length 1.1 mm; fore wing length 2.3 mm; total body length 2.9 mm.

Variations. Color of mandible variable, distal half yellow and distal third or distal half brown; antenna fully yellow or partly darkened; in one paratype from South Korea, Daejeon University, greatest breadth of posterior ocelli slightly longer than OPL (6:5); in some paratypes posterior surface with median area as rugose as lateral areas; head length 0.47–0.54 mm (mean= 0.52 mm), width 0.81–0.86 mm (0.85 mm); mesosoma length 1.06–1.19 mm (1.13 mm), maximum width 0.73–0.80 mm (0.77 mm); metasoma length 0.87–1.14 mm (0.98 mm); forewing length 2.06–2.35 mm (2.17 mm); total body length 2.40–2.87 mm (2.62 mm).

Female. Unknown.

Hosts. Unknown.

Distribution. South Korea.

Remarks. Anteon worakense sp. nov. is similar to A. ingenuum Olmi, 1984 from the Oriental Region, and A. scapulare (Haliday in Walker 1837) from the Palaearctic. The main differences regard the parameres (with an inner fold provided of a mosaic drawing in A. worakense and without inner fold in A. ingenuum and A. scapulare ).

Etymology. The species is named after the type locality, Mt. Woraksan National Park.
