Material examined. 1 female (B7.20), Sipitang, H.S. Mesapol, 19–23 May 2005, coll. Momin [= Momin Binti], Willi, Mathius, Zaine, det. M. K. Tan ( OSF Specimen ID = 145448) .

Remarks. First identified as Promeca perakana Beier, 1954 by M. Muzamil (2010), but the female subgenital plate resembles Promeca borneana more and that the former was not recorded in Borneo.
