Ins. Koreana 18: 144. TL: Anu, Sri Lanka [USNM].
Diagnosis. Superficially similar to F. a s i a n a, but it differs from the latter by the somewhat round termen. The male genitalia differ from those of F. asiana by the median lobe of the juxta, which is slender and bar-shaped, not forked, and with long cornuti of the aedeagus.
Adult ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 2 – 15 , holotype). Wingspan, 12.5–13.0 mm.

Dist., Sella Kataragma, Menik Ganga, 150 ft, 24 X 1970; 1♂ (paratype), Ham. Dist., Palatupana, 10 ft, 22–25 X 1970; 1♂ (paratype), Ham. Dist., Hambantota, 28 X 1970. All type specimens are in the USNM.
