Description, female. Body length 4.69 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with dark green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with four distal teeth, narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe quadrate, short; median clypeal carina hardly distinct from clypeus. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea present; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender, angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv strongly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process long; 2rv strongly curved forward.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. smithanus by having the mandible narrow with its teeth equally wide; the clypeus short with the clypeal carina hardly distinct from the clypeus; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle forming a right angle; the ocelli very small; the vertex convex; the pronotal disc with a posterior pronotal sulcus; the posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present; the metapostnotum with longitudinal ridges; and the genitalia with the 1rv ventral process large, whereas A. smithanus has the mandible wide with its superior tooth curved upward; the clypeus long with the clypeal carina distinct from the clypeus; the antennal scrobe carina reaching the eyes; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute; the ocelli small; the vertex straight; the pronotal disc without a posterior pronotal sulcus; the posterior mesoscutellar sulcus absent; the metapostnotum without longitudinal ridges; and the genitalia with the 1rv ventral process small.
