Redescription, female. Body length 6.7 mm. Head with golden-green reflection; mesosoma with golden-green reflection; wings subhyaline. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, slightly angled and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, very short. Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity polished. Mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea present; suture opened. Mesotibia spinose.

Redescription, male. Body length 5.69 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres long, with sparse and short setae. Mandible wide, slightly angled, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short; median clypeal carina hardly distinct than clypeus. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina absent; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity polished. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea opened; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere as long as paramere; paramere wide, angled, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms short, with basal projection at inner margin., dorsal arm wide; aedeagus basal portion angled and slender, apical portion shorter than basal portion and slender; apodeme slender.
