Redescription, female. Body length 5.62 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to first pair of metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf slightly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Redescription, male. Body length 2.89 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae, with tooth projection at second and third flagellomere. Mandible narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short, with tooth at apical margin. Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus wide; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws bifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, and with ventral and dorsal margin straight, sparsely setose; basivolsela uniform; cuspis with arms long, dorsal arm slender; digitus with basal projection overlapping aedeagus basal portion; aedeagus with basal portion angled and wide, and apical portion shorter than basal, wide; apodeme slender.
