Remarks. This new species differs from A. rufosignatus by having the body with blue metallic reflection; the clypeus short, truncate at apical margin, and with the clypeal carina angled; the eye small; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle forming a right angle; the pronotal disc without a posterior pronotal sulcus; the posterior mesoscutellar sulcus absent; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with the first metapostnotal carina; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and not divided, whereas A. rufosignatus has the body black; the clypeus long, with a median tooth at apical margin, and with the clypeal carina arched; the eye large; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle obtuse; the pronotal disc with a posterior pronotal sulcus; the posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to the first pair of metapostnotal carinae; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea closed and divided.
