Material. Holotype forewing (part and counterpart), Queensland Museum F58948 View Materials , Dinmore fossil insect locality (QML 1774), collected by Robert Knezour, 2017.
Description. Forewing approximately 8.6 mm long, 2.6 mm wide, length/width 3.3; costal margin apparently slightly indented basally, noticeably convex each side of the indent; apparently without dark patterning. Notes. The specific name is the Latin feminine adjective meaning isolated or remote, and refers to the long distances in space and time between this Australian Triassic species and its northern hemisphere Permian, Jurassic and Cretaceous relatives.
