Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan (Ghahari and Fischer 2011a; Khajeh et al. 2014).

Distribution outside Iran. Azerbaidjan (Tobias 1998; Yu et al. 2012), Hungary, Romania and Ukraine ( Yu et al. 2012), Mongolia ( Papp 2005a; Yu et al. 2012), Russia (Tobias 1998; Lelej 2012; Yu et al. 2012), Spain ( Docavo et al. 1986; Tobias 1998; Yu et al. 2012), Ukraine ( Perepechayenko 2008).

Host records. Hydrellia griseola (Fallen, 1813) ( Diptera : Ephydridae ) ( Burghele 1959; Papp 2005a; Lelej 2012; Yu et al. 2012).
