Distribution outside Iran. Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia and Slovakia ( Yu et al. 2012), Germany ( Griffiths 1968; Yu et al. 2012), Spain ( Francés and Jiménez 1989a; Yu et al. 2012), Sweden ( Nixon 1943 as Priapsis dice ; Yu et al. 2012), United Kingdom ( Broad et al. 2012; Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. Phytomyza sp., Ph. silai Hering, 1935 and Liriomyza balcanica (Strobl, 1900) ( Diptera : Agromyzidae ) ( Griffiths 1968; Francés and Jiménez 1989a; Yu et al. 2012).
