Xyleborus japonicus Nobuchi, 1981: 153 View in CoL .

Taxonomy: The holotype of Xyleborus japonicus View in CoL was not available for study, but photos were examined ( NIAES 2018). The species has the characters of Cyclorhipidion View in CoL given above for C. bispinum , and is, therefore, transferred to that genus.
