Taxonomy: The type of X. kaimochii View in CoL was not available for study. Nobuchi’s description and dorsal habitus photo within the publication were compared with a syntype of X. metacuneolus View in CoL (NMNH), as well as specimens from Singapore (RAB), and Indonesia (NMNH). The specimens were found to be conspecific and X. kaimochii View in CoL is here placed in synonymy.
