Die S. circularis View in CoL - Gruppe
Diese Gruppe ist überwiegend in der Orientalis (bisher " S. rugicollis - Gruppe") und in der Äthiopis-Lemuris (bisher " S. cameratus - Gruppe") verbreitet, nur wenige Arten, darunter die am frühesten benannte, leben in der Nordhemisphäre.
