Material examined. FARS: Baba Arab 50 km SE of Jahrom, 2 specimens, 16.–17.vi.2003 ; Maharlu , 1 specimen, 16.–17.vi.2008 ; Zarqan Bamon Nat. Park , 1650 m a.s.l., 6 specimens, 13.–14.vi.1996 .

Comments. In mountain steppes and gardens. Recorded on Elasmotropis spp. (Asteraceae) . East-Eremian, known from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen.

Material examined. KHUZESTAN: near Ahvaz, Karun river , 6 specimens, 10.–11.vi.2006 ; Bandar-e-Mahshar , 1 specimen, 12.–13.vi.2006 .

Comments. On undergrowth in gardens. Recorded on Asteraceae , Artemisia , Echinops spinosus , etc. Palaeotropical (Ethiopian and Oriental Regions), extending to the Middle East, North Africa, Spain, Greece, South Russia, and Central Asia.
