Type: Paratype 1 ♀: “ PARATYPE ” // “ Congo belge, P. N. G. Miss. H. De Saeger K. 17, 18- IV- 1950 Réc. H. De Saeger. 432” // “ Ectomocoris xanthopus v. differens n. A Villiers det 195 ” [hw Villiers] ( Fig. 22A View FIGURE 22 ) .
Type locality: Parc National de la Garamba [ Garamba National Park , DR Congo] .
Current status: Unavailable, published as infrasubspecific after 1960 ( ICZN 1999, Art. 15.2).
Remarks: The holotype is preserved in RMCA.
